Fast & Transparent Refunds

1. When is the Refund Initiated?

After Pickup: Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been picked up by our courier partner and has passed a quality check (ensuring tags are intact and the product is unused).

Timeline: Once the return is verified, the refund is initiated within 24-48 hours.

2. Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since we cannot refund cash, you will be asked to provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred directly to your account.

3. Reflection in Account

Once initiated by us, it may take your bank 5-7 business days to reflect the amount in your account, depending on their processing times.

4. Shipping & COD Charges

Shipping Charges: If you paid a shipping fee at the time of placing the order, this amount is non-refundable. You will receive a refund only for the cost of the product.

COD Charges: If there was a Cash on Delivery collection fee, this is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Day 1-3:Product picked up by courier
Day 4-5:Quality check & refund initiated
Day 6-12:Amount reflects in your account

6. LOST In-Transit Shipments

If a shipment is officially marked as LOST by the carrier, we provide a full refund or a replacement order at no extra cost.

Process: Once the "LOST" status is confirmed by our logistics partner, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours.
