7-Day Return Window

1. The 7-Day Protocol

You can raise a claim for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless fulfillment process, all claims must be submitted within this window; after which the standard replacement window closes.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Intel

In the interest of hygiene and to verify claims for replacements or refunds, you MUST provide the following:

  • A continuous unboxing video of the order.
  • Clear pictures of the defective product.
  • Images of the original courier packaging.

Info: If you do not have an unboxing video and we fail to verify the cause, VAVVY will not be liable for refunds or replacements.

3. Sizing & Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Since VAVVY items are custom-printed specifically for you, exchanges or returns without defects are handled by placing a new order at your expense. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before placing your order.

If there is a size discrepancy (the item does not match our chart), please provide images of the product with a measurement tape to verify with our production team.

4. Color Matching (DTG Intel)

We use high-performance CMYK digital printing. Note that there may be a difference between what you see on your backlit screen (RGB) and the actual physical product (CMYK). This is a standard part of process printing and not a manufacturing defect.

5. Handling & Transit

  • Careful Unboxing: Please unbox carefully. If the package or product is damaged while opening with a sharp object (scissors/knife), a refund is only possible if documented clearly in the unboxing video.
  • Package Damage: If you notice damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remarks while signing.
  • Lost in Transit: For items lost in transit, a refund will be issued once the shipping status is officially marked as lost by the courier.
