How do I place an order?+

Pick your design. Pick your size. Check out. COD and online both work — Razorpay handles the card/UPI side.

Can I modify my order after placing it?+

Our items go into production fast since everything is made-to-order. Email crew@vavvy.shop immediately with your order ID. We'll stop it if we can — no guarantees once printing starts.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+

Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Email crew@vavvy.shop with your order ID and the new address within 24 hours of placing the order.

COD is not available at my pin code — what now?+

Some pincodes are serviceable prepaid only. For areas where standard carriers don't support COD, orders are shipped via India Speed Post on prepaid mode — which covers all pincodes. Pay online and your order will reach you.

How do I find my size?+

Each product page has a size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Measure yourself against the chart — don't go by your usual size since our fits are intentionally oversized.

Do your sizes run large?+

Yes, by design. VAVVY pieces are cut oversized — that's the fit. Check the chart measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, size down.

How long does delivery take?+

Everything is made-to-order. Dispatch within 5–8 business days. Add 3–5 days for delivery after dispatch. Total: 8–13 business days on average.

Is shipping free?+

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. COD orders may carry a small handling fee.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently India only. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I track my order?+

Log into your VAVVY account and go to Orders. You'll also get a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

What can I return or exchange?+

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items — within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for size mistakes on non-defective items since every piece is custom-printed for you.

How do I raise a return or exchange request?+

Email crew@vavvy.shop within 7 days of delivery with: (1) your order ID, (2) a continuous unboxing video, (3) clear photos of the defect, (4) photos of the original packaging.

What if I ordered the wrong size?+

Since items are custom-printed for you, wrong-size returns are not eligible. Place a new order for the correct size. We strongly recommend using the size chart before ordering.

Is an unboxing video mandatory?+

Yes. Without an unboxing video we cannot verify the claim, and VAVVY will not be liable for refunds or replacements. Record it from the moment you start opening the package.

What payment methods do you accept?+

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking — all via Razorpay — and Cash on Delivery.

How long does a refund take?+

Once your return is picked up and passes quality check, we initiate the refund within 24–48 hours. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect it.

How are COD refunds processed?+

We can't refund cash. You'll be asked for your bank account number or UPI ID. The refund is transferred directly to your account within the standard timeline.

Can I cancel my order?+

Email crew@vavvy.shop with your order ID immediately — we'll try to cancel if printing hasn't started. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and you'll need to follow the return process after delivery.

What fabric are VAVVY hoodies made of?+

Basics use 180 GSM bio-washed cotton. Retro Engine and graphic collections use 260 GSM Terry Knit — heavier, structured, built to outlast the trend cycle.

How do I care for the print?+

Wash inside-out in cold water. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Line dry in shade.

Will the print fade over time?+

Our DTF prints are high-durability. Follow the care instructions and the print stays intact — we've tested this.
